Options Magazine provides advocacy and education to the LGBTQ community of Rhode Island. Options also organizes inclusive events and life-affirming resources for the LGBTQ community.
The RI LGBT Center will serve as Rhode Island’s only LGBTQ community center, and provide operational support for LGBTQ organizations without offices. The Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Group of the Rhode Island Department of Health works to improve LGBTTQQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Two-Spirit, Queer and Questioning) public health policies, systems, and environmental change.

RI Trans Health Referral guide was made in response to a need for coordinated and culturally competent health care for the transgender, gender non-conforming, and gender variant (trans*) community in Rhode Island.
