New England Wellness Collaborative, founded by Kristeen Rocha, LICSW, and Krystal Vasconcelos, LICSW, provides comprehensive counseling and therapy services throughout New England. With locations in Providence and Hope Valley, Rhode Island, we offer individual, couples, and family therapy, workshops, wellness programs, and online video therapy. Our dedicated team specializes in trauma, anxiety, developmental disabilities, and loss, using evidence-based methods like internal family systems (IFS), Progressive Counting (PC), and EMDR. Our mission is to support emotional growth, improve coping strategies, and enhance overall well-being for individuals, couples, and families.

Our services include individualized approaches tailored to each client's needs, incorporating methods like internal family systems (IFS), Progressive Counting (PC), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). What We Do
At New England Wellness Collaborative (NEWC), we offer a range of services to address various emotional and behavioral issues. Our services include psychotherapy, workshops, and wellness programs. We specialize in stress and weight management, depression, anxiety, work and career issues, family counseling, grief and loss, mindful parenting, developmental disabilities, and complex trauma. Our therapists use evidence-based methods such as EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, and Progressive Counting. We also provide workshops, including a school-based self-regulation and behavioral management program and a 16-week mental and physical wellness program with Rondeau’s Kickboxing. By tailoring our approach to each client's needs, we help them achieve their personal goals and improve overall well-being.
